Delivered two customised AI training programmes at Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd. (The Times of India), tailored for different organisational roles. While both sessions covered the fundamentals of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and Agentic AI, the learning experience was designed around the specific responsibilities of each audience.

The Individual Contributor session focused on improving day-to-day productivity through practical AI applications, while the Manager session explored AI adoption at the team level, workflow optimisation, decision-making, and implementation strategies.
